Peter Schulten

Peter Schulten has been the Managing Partner of Westfalenfinanz since 2011. Through his years of experience in the monitoring, structuring and execution of transactions, he has comprehensive know-how in this field. In addition, his experience in M&A has allowed him to develop numerous contacts in the German mid-size corporate arena as well as to investors that focus on the Central European small- and mid-cap sector.

Before joining Westfalenfinanz, Mr Schulten was with a major German M&A consulting firm for 10 years completing his tenure with them as Partner. Previously he was engaged in auditing and tax consulting.

He studied Economic and Social Sciences with a focus on Corporate Taxation and Company Law in Marburg and Dortmund graduating as a "Diplom-Kaufmann".
